Morning walkers

Finally! I was able to remember the camera today on our walk. This is only a few of us. Normally each morning there is approx. 30-35 people that walk in groups, alone, pairs, or whoever happens to be next to them. Most of them are "my parents" age, but as you can see there is another "younger" walker with us. The trails are absolutely beautiful!! We are so blessed to live in a great city and at the same time, be able to escape into the woods and enjoy the Lords handiwork! (Pictured: My mom and her pooch, Buddy; Doc Ed behind her, my accross-the-street-neighbor, Margaret behind me, me...obviously with Ethen, and our newest couple of walkers, Susan and her daughter, Sonya). If you live in the area and you don't walk, you are missing out on some fabulous trails. (Did I use some great words Tamara??) Posted by Picasa

I love the trails, they are so peaceful and beautiful, especially in the fall with all the leaves!

I miss that place! I love the LaCamas trails...I used to be really crazy and ride my bike around there...up to the Lilly Fields, which were off limits to cyclers...ooops! : ) There is this one hill that is almost vertical, the only way down it is to hang your hiney over the back of you bike and pray that you don't bite it! I think that I'd prefere a walk now a day! : )

Makes me miss the trails in Orting, they had a really nice trail and Chris and I would walk there when we were courting, lots of good talks on those trails!

So far, haven't found anything to match here in Skagit county, but luckily it has a lot of other really wonderful qualities!
