This is Ethen playing a hand drum called a Darbuka.
It belongs to the Duckworths and he plays it everytime
he goes over there, so last week they sent it home with us
for a bit and Ethen has been all over it each day, he loves it!
He is also walking all over the place, in his new shoes, See Kai Run's.
They are pretty cool, another shoe that is a step up from his
Robeez that are good for learning to walk in. We just
love him more everyday!

He's just a "Darbuka Darlin" isn't he! Such a strong little guy to see him carry it around with the fingers of just one hand. Yup, takes after his Grandpa with strong hands.
You should take him to Becocks Music just to play around. There are a lot of cool instruments he could play around with. It's a fun play time! Love, Misty
