I am going to wait until closer to Halloween to hollow them out, I don't want them to rot (thanks Misty). I'll put a candle inside also. I was too cheap to buy the stencils, so I used our projector and traced it from the online picture. It worked for me! We'll see if they last?!

They look awesome Robin!! I'm sure Ethen loves them!! I love going to the pumpking patch and the other night John came home with a pumpkin from QFC. I was so excited but bummed at the same time. That's his idea of "going to the pumpking patch" haha

Hi! You don't know me, but I stumbled upon your blog tonight during a fit of insomnia! I just thought our coincidences were too amazing to just dismiss, and pass on to the next blog with out commenting! Our lives seem eerily similar! I have a 3 year old son named Judah, and every time I hear someone else with the name, I take notice, because, as I'm sure you've noticed, it is rather uncommon!
We are trying to live every day as close to God as we can, and I loved visiting your churches website!

Those rock! Did you use a stencil or did you free-hand it? I love it, and I miss doing it with you and the Jones kids...we always had so much fun. Thank you so much for remembering our anniversary with a card. It meant a lot to me.
